I am so grateful to have found Helping Hands upon moving to Edmonton. With a background working in early childhood settings, I consider myself to be quite discriminating in my childcare choices for my kids and I have been so pleased with my experience and my three year old's experience at Helping Hands. The staff always greet us warmly and show sensitivity in helping to ease his transition every morning. They routinely have updates for me about his day and often share sweet and endearing anecdotes and seem to genuinely enjoy the kids. I regularly see the staff helping kids with their feelings with warmth and sensitivity. I have the feeling that my child is genuinely cared for and loved, not just taken care of. My child is happy to go to daycare and talks with pride and warmth about his "teachers" and his "friends". He comes home with songs from school and I hear how his language development is progressing in the time that he has been attending. The centre has a warm and inviting atmosphere of relaxed structure. Helping Hands has been a godsend for me, my child, and our family.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, my kids r so excited and love going. They learn so much, with the staff being so encouraging and loving. Meals and snacks r healthy with lots of fruits an veggies. The staff goes out of their way to make each child feel safe and loved. Such an amazing, educational place where my kids have grown and developed their talents. They r a multicultural daycare, with tons of field trip. I'm so blessed and lucky my kids get to experience being in a such an awesome daycare.

This is the best place to bring your child my son is 2 yrs old an he goes here an he has learnt so much he a speech problem an since he been going here it has improved alot an the staff is super friendly

Our daughter has been attending Helping Hands since she was 12 months old. She has absolutely thrived here, my wife and I couldn't imagine sending her to a more enriching, loving place. She loves going to "baby school" everyday and they have our absolute trust.

The most amazing daycare I have ever encountered! The staff are truly incredible and honestly care about each and every child in their care. They have spent countless time and energy on my spirited, nap hating little girl and now I have a hard time getting her to leave! I honestly love this place and highly suggest it to anyone looking for a loving, family centred facility to help raise their littles!

Our son has been in the Busy Bee (baby) room for the past six months. He is thriving in his development and he couldn't be happier. All the staff are so wonderful! They really care and are attentive to the needs of each child. I have dropped in at various times of the day and observed how well they engage with the kids. They have a beautiful outdoor play space and also take the kids for walks in what I refer to as the "baby train" (connected wagons). I can't get over the amount of art projects they do with the babies... we get a bagful of paintings each month. I was surprised by all the special activities they have organized - e.g. a Mother's Day event, in-house visit from a zoo, a field trip to an autobody shop as part of that month's "transportation" theme, special presentation from the Edmonton Public Library, a magic show is coming up. The only thing that is not the most ideal is the menu. I find about 80% of the meals are good and there is usually one lunch that I consider more "junk food" (e.g. hot dogs or chicken nuggets). This almost deterred us from enrolling our son, but so happy we didn't let it because it's really minor when all the other aspects of the day care are so great. Overall, we have loved our time so far at Helping Hands. Thanks for all that you do for the children and families!

My firstborn went here a couple of years ago. He loved it. The teachers are attentive, caring and loving. They are in tuned with the kids and help them grow in myriad of ways. They truly are child centered and allow the children to develop their interests. I loved this place so much that now my second son attends here. He's only been here for about a month but his development, social and physical, has grown exponentially. Do not hesitate to bring your children here. It is truly a community.

Staff r loving and caring, they have taken the time to love my kids like their own. My kids love going and have learned so much, I also love getting all the arts and crafts they do. Best daycare ever..

My 2 daughters have been going to this daycare for a year and a half now, they love it and they love their teachers. The staff is so lovely and caring. The environment is educative my girls every day surprise me with something new they learned, they also do some filed trips from time to time. beside learning they also do some fun and silly activities.

My son is been in the centre for a little while, and he loves it. He always talks proudly about the activities they had at school. The staff is very caring, understanding and professional. My son started at the centre with a speech delay and behaviour issues, and he is much better now. I would highly recommend the centre!

The staff and management are excellent!! I am a Home Visitor and referred my client to Helping Hands. I am so glad with my decision! Amanda and Hardeep are so considerate and helpful....And there are home cooked meals!!! The children brought home crafts and stories everyday and now sing many songs that they have learned! This is a family like setting with lots of learning, playing and growing!

My wife, son and I love Helping Hands! The highly qualified staff and management truly care about our son and we trust them completely with his care and education. They provided us with tremendous support during his gross motor and speech delays and we believe he wouldn't be thriving as much as he is now without their care.They have a great outdoor area and we love how much they prioritize outdoor time and play. We recommend Helping Hands very highly.

We have had our son in this daycare for the last year and a half. The amazing and positive growth we have seen in our son has blown us away. They truly care about each child and their needs, and enrich them with plenty of outside time in their fenced in play area and group walks. The newsletters keep us updated on learning themes and things we can do at home to be a part of their learning (new songs, crafts, and games they are playing), and the teachers take the time to keep you updated on your child's progress and how their day went. Our son loves going every day and we could not be happier! Definitely 5 stars out of 5!
